  • Lactoserum demineralized D90 Bio Production unit
    ( France )

    Our teams designed, manufactured and installed a new production unit for Lactoserum demineralized D90 BIO from skimmed milk. This project included the implementation of a new process system incorporating several tanks, a new CIP station (clean-in-place) for heat treatment skids, as well as microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nano filtration and electrodialysis skids.

    Our teams designed and installed a complete unit for the continuous thermal treatment of vegetable proteins. The process included storage tanks with high precision online pH control, direct steam injection, and vacuum cooling.

    New food flavoring factory
    ( USA )

    A greenfield project for a new meat-based food flavoring facility. This turnkey integration project included the design, installation, and commissioning of four (4) process lines: separation, hydrolysis, filtration, and concentration, as well as an automatic cleaning station (CIP).
