Execution of the CACAO biomass power plant in French Guiana is now under way with the recent award of the EPC Process package to Boccard and its partner Berkes.The construction work has now started for the Cacao biomass power plant, named after the city where it is located (Roura area). With a 5.1 MW installed capacity, this power plant has been developed by Voltalia an international player in renewable energies. Voltalia will also operate the plant.
