Fermentation in Cosmetics: Innovative and Active-Delivering Biocarriers
Discover how cosmetic biocarriers are produced through fermentation: combining biosurfactant inputs with biopolymer matrices to encapsulate actives and deliver controlled release. Boccard supplied 2×300 L pilot bioreactors as plug‑and‑connect skids (gas handling, dosing, CIP/SIP), creating a reproducible pilot environment that simplifies recipe iteration and scale‑up. With TEKINBIO™ and Track Advance, teams gain tighter control of aeration, mixing, and temperature, plus lot‑to‑lot comparison for reliable industrialisation.
