In order to increase its vaccine production capacities, this renowned institute in Latin America turned to Boccard for its pharmaceutical expertise. This institute produces important vaccines, including vaccines against diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, hepatitis B and seasonal influenza, as well as serums.

On behalf of this client, our teams carried out the engineering, design and manufacture of 3 fermenters, with a capacity of 50 L to 1000 L, for the production of human vaccines against pertussis, diphtheria and botulism.

Thanks to its expertise in fermentation and plug-and-play skids, Boccard led this project alongside its Latin American client.
