Fermentation in Biotech: E. coli for Recombinant Protein at R&D and Pilot Scale
Discover how E. coli recombinant protein fermentation scale up moves from 5 L glass to a 30 L seed and 150 L main bioreactor, with inline pH/DO/glucose analytics, CIP/SIP and compact centrifuge, sonication and ultrafiltration. A temperature and pH controlled waste inactivation tank enables safe discharge in a limited space.
