Boccard built a new baby food factory in record time. The entire system was automated.
Complete continuous heat treatment unit for vegetable proteins
Boccard conceived a system that allows the continuous processing of the vegetable protein, a highly viscous material. The plant is now operating without production interruption, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
