Fermentation in Cosmetics: Innovative and Active-Delivering Biocarriers
Discover how cosmetic biocarriers are produced through fermentation: combining biosurfactant inputs with biopolymer matrices to encapsulate actives and deliver controlled release. Boccard supplied 2×300 L pilot bioreactors as plug‑and‑connect skids (gas handling, dosing, CIP/SIP), creating a reproducible pilot environment that simplifies recipe iteration and scale‑up. On this large scale project, Boccard’s teams were responsible for the EPC including the electromechanical aspects of the new diesel power plant. The plant integrates tarpaulins, framework, piping, electricity and equipment assembly.
