Detecting Deviations from CIP Standards: Preventing Caustic Soda Overconsumption Through Industrial Data, Track Advance® and Process Expertise
An unusual increase in caustic solution consumption was detected at a CIP station. Thanks to historical data in Track Advance® and Boccard’s process expertise, the source of the deviation was identified and its impact quantified; the avoided excess consumption was estimated at 255 m³/year.
