Spotlight on our digitalised manufacturing facility

Our fully digitalised manufacturing facility in Broughton, North Wales was officially opened in September 2022. We design and manufacture high integrity piping systems, associated supports, tanks & vessels which are critical components in the construction of nuclear facilities. We support the current and future nuclear technologies, from large scale plants to fast emerging small modular reactors and advanced reactor technologies, which will add to the energy generation mix.

Spotlight on BocTrack

Our BocTrack digital manufacturing software which manages all our production activities is a Computer Aided Management tool which gives total control of engineering, fabrication and construction works. It includes conception and design, detailed engineering, material inventory and receipt, fabrication, quality management for the full project lifecycle, with full traceability of the product throughout.
