This French producer of ready-to-eat baby food needed a new plant for the preparation of mixtures with liquid and powdered ingredients involved in production. They called on our food processing teams to design, build and install the equipment.

Thanks to good project management and production flexibility, our teams were able to save one month on the planning of the first production test.

From the reception of the raw materials to the oil recovery station, the modules were built in our French workshops, tested and then installed on site.

Our teams have fully automated the production system, the cleaning in place (CIP), the recipes and the traceability.
