Encouraging Communication
All the Boccard Good Collaboration Practices are to be integrated into our daily work.
How about this month, we focus on a good practice, to make these new habits our own?
Let’s roll the die! It will give us the number corresponding to the mission we can focus on over the next few weeks.
How about displaying Collaboration Boccard’s best practices?

Testimonial from Maud: 10 emails a day is my way of reinventing my daily routine.
“I’ve disciplined myself to send a maximum of 10 emails a day. And I’m succeeding!
I’ve got into the habit of telephoning, initiating Team conversations or meeting colleagues in the office for direct exchanges.
I find this more pleasant and more efficient: often, several points are settled immediately… and our relationships are enriched as a result.
Of course, emails remain indispensable for reports, decided action plans and items to be documented. And that’s it!”
Maud GENEUIL, Director of Legal Affairs, Compliance and Insurance; leader of the Efficiency team.

Wissam's testimonial: giving myself half a day to concentrate helps me to bring complex subjects to a close.
“To be able to work on substantive issues and close important files, I need time to concentrate, without meetings.
I’ve tested the practice of “half a day without a meeting” proposed by the “efficiency” initiative of which I’m a member.
It’s been a pleasure to be able to devote time to concentration and work, and to bring some complex, structuring subjects to a close! And of course, I’m required to be available for emergencies.”
Wissam DARGHOUTH, Global procurement manager;member of the Effiency team.

Testimonial from Aude: 45 minutes, I'm surprised but it works!
Going from 1 hour to 45 minutes challenged me to think more carefully about the purpose of the meeting and to be more efficient in managing time: both my own and that of my interlocutor.
This 15-minute break allows me to gather my thoughts and energy before the next meeting – and to get there on time!
And I appreciate the bonus of having a margin of safety if the exchange is to continue.
Aude CHAROTTE, Communication Manager; member of the Effiency team
